A. Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (First Love, Zum Mühlenberg 6d, 30952 Ronnenberg, Germany, E-mail: fristlove.service@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs in case of successful delivery) without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, are not citizens of a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract is outside the European Union.

General Notes

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that suitable packaging is used to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not return the goods freight collect (unpaid).

3. Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal
